Cancellations and refunds

ご購入後、お客様のご都合によるキャンセル・返金は、原則としてお受けしておりません。主催者都合によりイベントを中止した場合は、チケット代金を返金いたします。

We do not, as a rule, accept cancellations or issue refunds for reasons on the customer's side after purchase. If the organizer cancels the event, ticket fees will be refunded.

チケットの譲渡

Ticket transfers

チケットは他の方への譲渡が可能です。譲渡の際は、譲渡手数料 2,000 円を申し受けます。営利目的での転売、オークションサイトへの出品は禁止いたします。

Tickets may be transferred to another person. A transfer fee of ¥2,000 applies. Resale for profit, including listing on auction sites, is prohibited.

イベント内容の変更

Changes to the event

出演者、プログラム、タイムテーブル、会場等は、やむを得ない事情により変更となる場合があります。イベントが開催される場合、これらの変更を理由とした返金は原則としてお受けしておりません。

Artists, programme, timetable, venue and other details may change due to unavoidable circumstances. Where the event goes ahead, we do not, as a rule, issue refunds on the grounds of such changes.

会場ルール・運営上のお願い

Venue rules and cooperation with staff

安全で円滑なイベント運営のため、会場ルールおよび主催者・運営スタッフからの案内・指示に従ってください。従っていただけない場合や、他の参加者・イベント運営に支障をきたすと主催者が判断した場合は、ご入場をお断りする、またはご退場いただくことがあります。その場合、返金はいたしません。

また、当日の状況に応じてルールを変更する場合があります。変更がある場合は、SNS、WhatsApp グループ、会場内の掲示、スタッフからの案内にてお伝えいたしますので、変更後のご案内にも従っていただきますようお願いいたします。

To keep the event safe and running smoothly, please follow the venue rules and any guidance or instructions from the organizer and event staff. If you do not, or if the organizer judges that your conduct is disrupting other participants or the running of the event, you may be refused entry or asked to leave. No refund will be given in that case.

Rules may also change depending on conditions on the day. Any changes will be communicated via social media, the WhatsApp group, notices at the venue, or staff announcements, and we ask that you follow the updated guidance.

事故・破損等について

Accidents and damage

イベント中のケガ、事故、盗難・紛失、参加者同士のトラブル等について、主催者の責めに帰すべき場合を除き、主催者は責任を負いません。会場設備・備品等を破損または汚損された場合は、当事者に修理・弁償等の費用をご負担いただきます。

床や壁などを汚された場合はスタッフまでお知らせください。ご本人にも清掃をお願いする場合がございます。原状回復に費用が発生した場合は、当事者にご負担いただきます。

Except where the organizer is at fault, the organizer accepts no liability for injuries, accidents, theft or loss, or disputes between participants during the event. If you damage or soil venue facilities or equipment, you will be responsible for the cost of repair or compensation.

If you spill anything on the floor or walls, please tell a member of staff. You may be asked to help clean it up. If costs are incurred to restore the venue to its original condition, you will be responsible for them.

撮影・肖像権について

Photography and image rights

イベント会場内では、主催者が撮影を行い、写真・映像を公式 SNS や広報物等に使用する場合があります。あらかじめご了承ください。参加者ご自身による他の参加者の撮影や SNS 投稿については、写っている方への配慮をお願いいたします。

The organizer may take photographs and video inside the venue and use them on official social media, in promotional materials and elsewhere. Please note this in advance. If you photograph other participants yourself or post images on social media, please be considerate of the people appearing in them.

個人情報の取扱いについて

Handling of personal information

ご購入時にいただいた個人情報は、チケット発行・イベント運営・今後のご案内の目的でのみ使用し、法令に基づく場合を除き第三者へ提供いたしません。

Personal information provided at the time of purchase will be used only for issuing tickets, running the event and sending future announcements. It will not be provided to third parties except where required by law.

不可抗力について

Force majeure

天災、感染症の流行、交通機関の運休、その他主催者の管理が及ばない事由によりイベントの開催が困難となった場合、開催の変更または中止を行うことがあります。この場合の返金範囲はチケット代金のみとし、交通費・宿泊費・振込手数料等は対象外といたします。

If the event becomes difficult to hold due to natural disaster, epidemic, suspension of transport services or any other cause beyond the organizer's control, the event may be changed or cancelled. In such cases refunds are limited to the ticket fee. Travel, accommodation, bank transfer fees and similar costs are not covered.

入場チケット・リストバンドについて

Entry tickets and wristbands

入場時にお渡しするリストバンド等は、紛失・盗難の場合も原則として再発行いたしかねます。

Wristbands and similar items issued on entry cannot, as a rule, be reissued if lost or stolen.

飲酒・迷惑行為について

Alcohol and disruptive behaviour

過度な飲酒等により他の参加者やイベント運営に支障をきたすおそれがあると主催者が判断した場合、ご入場をお断りする、またはご退場いただくことがあります。

If the organizer judges that excessive drinking or similar conduct is likely to disrupt other participants or the running of the event, you may be refused entry or asked to leave.

主催者の判断によるご参加のお断り

Refusal of participation at the organizer's discretion

主催者は、イベントの円滑な運営、ならびに参加者全体の安全で快適な環境を維持するため、独自の判断により、特定の方のご参加をお断りする権利を有します。イベント開催前にご参加をお断りした場合は、お支払いいただいた参加費を返金いたします。当日の言動を理由にご退場いただいた場合の返金はいたしかねます。

To maintain the smooth running of the event and a safe, comfortable environment for all participants, the organizer reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual at its own discretion. Where participation is refused before the event, the fee you have paid will be refunded. Where you are asked to leave on the day because of your conduct, no refund will be given.

• If you are under the age of majority, please contact the organizer in advance about attending
• These terms may be revised without notice. The latest version will be posted on the ticket purchase page

準拠法・管轄裁判所

Governing law and jurisdiction

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本規約に関して紛争が生じた場合は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所といたします。

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute relating to these terms, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance by agreement.

規約の言語について

Language of these terms

本規約の日本語版と英語版の内容に相違がある場合は、日本語版の内容を優先するものとします。

If there is any discrepancy between the Japanese and English versions of these terms, the Japanese version shall prevail.

Act with respect

BMJ は、主催者が責任を持って運営・管理するイベントです。他者への配慮を欠く言動、自分勝手な振る舞い、他の参加者が安心して楽しむことを妨げる行為、その他イベントの円滑な運営に支障をきたす行為はお控えください。

BMJ is an event that the organizer runs and manages responsibly. Please refrain from words or actions that show a lack of consideration for others, from selfish behaviour, from anything that prevents other participants from enjoying themselves safely, and from anything else that disrupts the smooth running of the event.

安全なダンスを

Dance safely

ペアダンスは、常に相手を傷つけるリスクを伴います。スキルを継続的に磨き、相手を尊重した安全なリード・フォローを心がけてください。

ダンスのお誘いは、どなたでも自由にお断りいただけます。踊っている途中でも、不快に感じた場合はいつでも中断していただいて構いません。

Partner dancing always carries a risk of hurting the other person. Please keep working on your skills and aim for a safe lead and follow that respects your partner.

Every participant is free to decline an invitation to dance. Even in the middle of a dance, you may stop at any point if you feel uncomfortable.

ハラスメントについて

Harassment

以下の行為を禁止します。

The following are prohibited:

• 相手の同意のない身体的接触
• 性的な言動、および執拗な誘い
• SNS 等を通じた執拗な連絡
• その他、相手に不快感や威圧感を与える言動
• Physical contact without the other person's consent
• Sexual remarks or behaviour, and persistent invitations
• Persistent contact through social media or similar channels
• Any other words or actions that make someone uncomfortable or feel intimidated

上記に明確に該当しない場合でも、相手またはスタッフから中止を求められた後も継続した場合は、ハラスメントとして扱い、ご退場等の措置をとることがあります。

Even where conduct does not clearly fall under the above, if you continue it after the other person or a member of staff has asked you to stop, it will be treated as harassment and may result in your removal from the event or other measures.

報告について

Reporting

ハラスメントその他の問題を受けた、または目撃された場合は、会場のスタッフまでお声がけください。報告してくださった方が不利益を被ることのないよう配慮いたします。

状況に応じて、口頭での注意、ご退場のお願い、今後のイベントへのご参加お断り等の対応をとることがあります。

If you experience or witness harassment or any other problem, please speak to a member of staff at the venue. We will take care to ensure that anyone who reports an issue is not disadvantaged for doing so.

Depending on the circumstances, this may lead to a verbal warning, a request to leave, or exclusion from future events.

すべての方が安全で快適に過ごせる環境を保つため、BMJ が定めるルール、ならびに主催者・運営スタッフからの案内や指示にご協力ください。イベントの理念と方針にご理解をいただき、より良い BMJ をともにつくっていただけますようお願いいたします。

To maintain an environment where everyone can be safe and comfortable, please cooperate with the rules set by BMJ and with guidance and instructions from the organizer and event staff. We ask for your understanding of the spirit and approach of the event, and for your help in building a better BMJ together.

会場をきれいに

Keep the venue clean

• 会場内で出たゴミは各自お持ち帰りください
• 飲み物はふた付きの容器をご使用ください。こぼされた場合はスタッフまでお知らせください
• トイレにはトイレットペーパー以外を流さないでください
• 床・カーペット・壁にテープやシールを貼らないでください
• Please take your rubbish home with you
• Please use containers with lids for drinks. If you spill something, let a member of staff know
• Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper
• Please do not attach tape or stickers to floors, carpets or walls

衛生について

Hygiene

着替えやタオルのご用意など、ご自身の衛生管理にご協力ください。

Please help look after your own hygiene, including changes of clothes and towels.

アーティスト・スタッフエリアについて

Artist and staff areas

楽屋など、アーティストおよびスタッフ専用のエリアには立ち入らないでください。

Please do not enter areas reserved for artists and staff, such as dressing rooms.
